Introduction
Ballistic Weapons is a mod that changes the gameplay of Unreal Tournament by adding a host of totally original, more realistic, high quality weapons and features. Battle with all manner of realistic and futureistic weapons like knives, pistols, assault rfiles shotguns, machineguns, grenades, railguns, alien weapons and much more!

The mod makes use of a dramatically enhanced weapon system that includes features like reloading, accuracy, area specific damage, recoil, iron sights, enhanced melee attacks, The mod uses totally new effects and we've even used completely new sounds for everything.

The entire mod is implemented through a variety of mutators so it can be used in any gametype with many other kinds of mods and played in several different ways. The mod is designed to be highly scalable and customizable with options like scalable damage, accuracy, recoil, customizable crosshairs, detail levels, etc for both performance and gameplay so you can really play it your way!

The the story for the various elements of Ballistic Weapons are taken straight from Rune Storm's "Project Archon" univers, a setting where sinister alien races and vast terran armies battle for survival across a diversity of unchartered planets, war torn world and battle ravaged colonies.

Ballistic Weapons releases also include other mutators that can be run independantly to add features like enhanced gore effects and sprinting, but work great with BW gameplay!
