Costituito da 50 veicoli unici, il roster di DiRT Rally 2.0 è composto principalmente da macchine che abbiamo visto nei precedenti giochi DiRT. Il gioco porta con se interessanti nuove aggiunte come la Citroen DS 21 e la Porsche 911 R-GT (pre-order DLC).
Delle 50 macchine, 38 sono da rally point-to-point, mentre le restanti 12 sono macchine da rallycross.
